Privacy Policy — Jiradex

Data collected

Jiradex does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data to the developer or any third party. All activity data (issue keys, titles, statuses, notes, templates) is generated from your own input and from the Jira pages you browse.

Where your data is stored

• Locally by default — activities, templates, and settings are stored in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage).
• Optional cloud sync — if you configure a cloud provider (Firebase or Supabase) in the options page, your activity data is synced to the account/project you provide credentials for. This connection is made directly between your browser and the provider you configured; Jiradex does not proxy or have access to that data.

Permissions

Jiradex requests the storage permission to save your activities and settings locally, and injects a content script into Jira pages to add "Add to report" buttons. It does not read or transmit data from any site other than Jira pages you visit, and only for the purpose of extracting issue info you choose to add to your report.

Third parties

Jiradex itself does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services. If you opt into cloud sync, your data is subject to the privacy policy of the provider (Firebase/Supabase) and the account you connect.
